At Vivestore.pk, we are dedicated to providing our Pakistani customers with a hassle-free and seamless shopping experience. We recognize the importance of timely delivery, and therefore, we have formulated the following shipping policy:

Our Current Shipping Method:

Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, with no deliveries on Sundays. During peak holiday shopping periods, it may take up to 7 business days for delivery to be completed. If you are a new customer, a Customer Service Representative will phone, text, or use WhatsApp to confirm your order. You are responsible for ensuring that there is someone available to receive and accept your order.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free standard shipping for all orders above PKR 2,000.

For orders below PKR 2,000 a flat rate of PKR 200 will be charged.

Shipping Timeframe:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. Shipping times are calculated from the time the order is processed and shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other unexpected events.

Delivery Partners:

We have partnered with reliable courier services to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. We use a combination of our delivery fleet and third-party courier services to deliver orders across Pakistan.

Shipping Restrictions:

Delivery Verification:

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is accessible to accept your order; otherwise, we may have to return it to you. For your security and peace of mind, we require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier service will make up to two attempts to deliver your order to you or any member of your family at home. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
